Senior TIA Functional Consultants
Our team of Senior TIA Functional Consultants have vast experience of the TIA Solution coupled with many years experience in the insurance industry. This specialist knowledge enables us to accurately analyse business processes, determine gaps and suggest business process change to fit with the TIA Solution. Our team of analysts can ensure that every level of detail is recorded in order to capture accurate requirements, both functional and non functional. 3CA understands that accurate requirements gathering are critical to the delivery of any successful TIA project.
Project Management
3CA have a unique portfolio of Project Managers who have extensive experience of delivering Insurance based applications, including Project Managers who have managed the implementation of TIA for both the client and vendor. 3CA recognise that knowledge transfer is key when implementing new IT Solutions, to this end our TIA training strategy is based on empowering our clients. Our TIA Training Consultants are experts in the TIA Solution and have extensive experience of training both business and technical resources. The training we offer ranges from onsite and offsite training workshops, which follow a collaborative classroom methodology breaking down into sessions relative to the audience's role, through to one on one mentoring to ensure the TIA Solution is being leveraged to its full potential.
